It has been quite a while since we last updated this blog, as the company was undergoing dramatic changes to prepare for something very meaningful and exciting!
Guess what it is? BINGO! Html5 manga styled games.
We have been working hard towards our new direction – Edutainment, making manga styled educational games. After much consideration and discussions, we decide to take a leap of faith and switch to education industry. Doing manga styled games is fun and we love that, but we would create so much more value to the society by making the games educational especially for the kids.
Kids really get easily indulged in games nowadays especially on iPads. Rather than getting them indulged in games that don’t benefit them much, we would want them to indulge in our manga styled educational games. It would bring a great deal of lifelong benefits to them.
Have a little fun every day and make the brain smarter at the same time. Why not?
Technology wise, we have been waiting for this HTML5 technology to get more eyeballs and compatibility. Guess the time has finally come! Most browsers fully support html5 and most mobile devices such as iPad support html5 and most interestingly the HTML5 game engine – Construct 2 has arrived too! The future is NOW! Make html5 online games, and easily port it over to multiple platforms with a breeze.
Yea, I know what you are thinking right now. The game titles?? Sorry, that’s a TOP SECRET for now =) You will know for sure when the release dates get closer, so stay tuned. We welcome all sorts of collaboration from any party who is also interested in making the gaming world more meaningful.
“Toyota Motor Corporation teams up with Studio 4°C to bring you a new Original Net Animation called: “PES -peace eco smile-,” with the theme: “Humanity’s love for one another develops trust, protects, and is the most pure.” The PES special website is located (Link: “http://toytoyota.com/pes”) and the short animation series (3 to 4 minutes per episode) will be release one at a time on the website. The website will connect people to the world of PES and paired up with the anime, it will tell the heartwarming story of PES to the world.
The animation series is a heart warming comedic love story that takes place in Kichijoji, and revolves around an alien traveler, PES, who falls to Earth, while the adorable NaSuBi aliens, come to rescue him. Through his travels on earth PES learns the importance of friendship, the value of community, and the things in life often taken for granted.
With last year’s tragedy in Japan, the creators of PES were inspired to celebrate the power of community, resilience, and support of one another seen by it’s citizens. This was so prevalent that it caught the attention of the international media. Cars are the tools to carry people and materials from one point to another. Founder Sakichi Toyota’s mission was “to make great contributions to people and society through automobile manufacturing.” In order to provide this sentiment to the next generation and continue to pursue this goal, Toyota teamed up with Studio 4°C to capture this feeling in an anime form embracing the themes of love and community bond, which are radiant throughout the animation.
This being the first series in the animation, the anime ties into Toyota’s ongoing mission to foster love and community bond in society but will explore themes such as the celebration of diversity in future incarnations.
Well, never mind the singing. It’s the otaku essence of Mere Doyle that caught my attention. Seems like anime culture is REALLY catching on. U.S. TV shows are highlighting this, to my delight
